önemli bir tespit,
1 yıllık faizle 5 yıllık faiz eşit olmamalıdır.
bu durum oyunda ki gerçekçiliğe zarar veriyor

Here's an important thing,
A 1 year interest and 5 year interest should not be equal.
I think this situation is bad for reality of the game.

I know that you want to make the game more realistic.
The same interest rate for 1 year or 5 years it is not realistic. But spec rules - I understand

The interest rate on a bank loan does not depend on the term of the deposit
It actually works this way by design, for gameplay balance.

This issue has been fixed in the latest patch v6.8.04.
