Yes, as it was duplicated with the Financial Action screen's "Set Dividend" page.

I like your idea. Currently I believe the value increases depending on how many departments you have. If I remember correctly, each department added increases the cost by 100,000.

i think that is a good change.

In the upcoming version 10.0, the concept you mentioned will be applied to apartment and commercial buildings, though it doesn't affect HQ buildings as the capacity of both HQ buildings is the same.

The details are as follows:
Taller apartment and commercial buildings with increased rental space, but occupying the same land footprint, will come at a higher construction cost compared to earlier versions. This update presents players with a choice: they can opt for a shorter building with a lower construction cost and less rental space, or they can go for a taller building with a higher construction cost and more rental space.

I always saw it as the 4x4 being the cheaper.. option where its all on 1 floor, and the tower block 2x2 where the same options were on multiple floors...

Are there any plans to add running costs to HQ as by default its very low.. you can have a corporation with 1 trillion a year in income, but it costs less than 500k to run the HQ,

One of the main reasons to make both HQ buildings 3x3 is to improve gameplay balance, as both HQ buildings have the same capacity, it is more logical to have both occupying the same amount of real estate footprint.

I just tested a game and I could easily build a 4x4 HQ in downtown, as there was plenty of space available in downtown. If cash is an issue, you can increase the amount of initial cash your company has from the new game settings menu.
