One more thing: I would suggest that you use the MOD_KIT folder in this new version to create your MOD so that it will be compatible with future versions of the game.
You may merge your existing modded files with the new ones there.

David after install it still display version 4.4.20 and i got this error when i try to start custom game

I've updated the file and it is now fixed. Please download the installer from the same link again and reinstall.

Ciao i got always this same error start with v5.00 and all 3 DLC - latest RW mod and doing nothing

We will release a patch next week fixing this bug. In the meantime, you may keep the number of cities not exceeding 10 and this bug should not happen even if you are using the 3 DLCs together.

V5.0.00 with all 3 DLC's enabled and playing in survival mode, makes the government money eventually go to $1, even though the income is much higher than the spendings.
