bank advertising and other bank stuff

1)could bank branch advertising be somehow controlled from the hq, its really annoying to set it up on every bank branch
maybe have CMO control it an be able to set target rating like with products?

2)the amount of bank branches needed per city is really high, i often have the same amount of apartments per city as bank branches

3)why is 1 year deposit interest rate percentage limited to a range at all, shouldnt i be able to offer as much % as i want to get more people to deposit with my bank and really hurt the competition or milk my customers for all i can with low interest rates?

4)am i the only one that cant see insurance and other buildings(only financial buildings have that bug for me), while theyre actually clickable just no icon for them?

1) You only have to set up advertising in ONE bank branch in each city. If you advertise on the Internet, you actually only need to advertise in ONE bank branch for all cities as Internet advertisement covers all cities.
