William Feedback/Question:

1. The purchase of a city can only be brought using personal funds? This would be the best way and provides a way for us super CEOs to use our wealth. It appears currently companies are the ones who can acquire new cities this should be switched. I think for the series its important to not dilute the Business Simulation aspect of the game making Businesses simply Businesses but then using the "Player" for features like mayor of a city and leveraging businesses for public-private partnership purposes would be the best way to bring the "Core" of the game into these expansions.
1A. AI/Individual Investors will they also be able to acquire and develop land rights? If the AI can't do features it just seems like those features are not well implemented (just an observation)
2. In the screen capture the cost of acquiring the rights to a new city is 32 million and the company has 110 million seems WAY too cheap. Should be more expensive to acquire and fund a new city.
3. Will the different areas have different city maps? Will modders be able to make maps for this feature?
4. Can cities rights be acquired and the human player can lock the city to all businesses for X number of years while the mayor develops the pop and homegrown businesses?
5. Will the city automatically include an initial city center, rural housing and maybe a small population? This would be ideal......in addition we will need a clearer understanding of how to foster growth in a new city.
