How do you create subsidary company in the game?
How can this be done? To create another company while having one currently?

Purchase the Subsidiary DLC to form a Sub of your company.

if you own the subsidiary DLC expansion, you can go into the financial actions (where you can take out loans, set dividends etc) and theres another submenue which lets you form a new company.
