I from Brazil, sorry anything!
I was to testing and i checked the lack of private banks. I want create a bank for private and public investiment and small investements of low cost for people.

I want to rent offices for my business without having to buy or build any building.

The point is to reduce the proportion then increases along with the city.

I think this is why very cheap general stores are added in CES DLC. And I guess a retail rental market would mean some fundamental changes in current real estate mechanism.
