Brand awareness doesn't go up?

I'm on tutorial 4 and trying to increase my brand awareness, but it's not going up. I've waited quite a long time but no avail.

I've followed the tutorial to the T and everything is connected, although I don't see any movement across the connection between the Sales and Advertising block inside the Department store.

Any help please?

The rate at which the brand awareness rating increases can be quite slow. You may either increase the advertising budget and wait for a long time to see the effect of advertising on the brand awareness rating.

I did test the tutorial and I was able to increase the brand awareness rating with a higher advertising budget. I am posting a screenshot from my game for your reference.
