Image Files for Translation

Post by David »

If you are interested in translating text on images as well (for example, the tutorial banner images), you may download the image files clear of any text from https://www.capitalismlab.com/resources ... game-text/
(Please go to the bottom of the web page to see the download links.)

I created a PSD file with fonts added based on the updated file.
For the image_s folder, resize the image created with this PSD file to 390X100.

David,

The two files below did not come with fonts. Therefore, it was not possible to translate.

NewPoliticalParty.psd (Folder IF)
NewSubsidiary.psd (Folder IF)
CityEcoSim.psy(Folder DLC)

Another problem encountered, I inserted the translated files but the game does not recognize the images.
I'm sending the file for testing. I'm using version 10.0.18

The image that is appearing is because it was not translated, as I mentioned above, it came without the text, and in the experimental DLC, the Portuguese translation remains.
see below.

Hi Rafaeltodero,

There were errors in the image sizes for the DLC banners.

Please download the latest ones from, which were just uploaded today with the fixes:
https://caplab.b-cdn.net/translate/CapL ... lation.zip

If you have already translated them, you can simply resize the images to 750x125 and they will be displayed in the game.

And the following notes have been added to the readme files in the CapLab_image_sources_for_translation.zip file:

Files without non-editable text
Please note that the graphical text in the following PSD files was created in vector format and cannot be edited directly. We suggest that you add new graphical text to these files using a tool like Canva.com.
• NewPoliticalParty.psd
• NewSubsidiary.psd
• CityEcoSim.psd

Thanks
David
