Real World Mod (Adding your own photo)

Hello everyone, I am very new to modding on Capitalism Lab. I really enjoy the "Real World Mod" but I wanted to know what are the steps to adding my own picture to the group of CEO pictures already in the mod. I was kind of able figure out how to make a new .RES file as a single mod with my picture but I can't figure out how to add to a mod that I have already downloaded into the game. If someone is able to give me some pointers on what to do I would really appreciate it alot!
