[BUG?] Make it possible to duplicate Telecom Firms across cities.

I'm not sure why as you can do it with other firms, but telecom firms cannot be duplicated across cities.. in my case leading me to have to set 28 total different sliders on setup when I begin to blitz the industry. Would like to be able to set two, then simply copy/paste the firms like I do with other retail outlets when I finish setting them up. I think that it not being able to be done may have been a simple oversight, aka, a bug, thus the title as other firms behave differently.
