Pollution Management

I really love playing Capitalism Lab. If I can control pollution, it would be fantastic. I would pay $50 or more if I could turn off the pollution.

Alternative ideas:
- Allow users to build some kind of buildings to reduce the pollution within some distance
- Allow users to do some kind of research to reduce the pollution

It should implement firms or services in order to clear the rivers, etc...
