Help with starting a hotel

Hi,
I am trying to open my first hotel, but for some reason I can't manage that.
Here is the layout:

The problems are with "catering service" and "professional clean".
However, I have a service business that runs both of them, but when I try to link my services to the hotel layout the two services don't show un the list of options. What am I missing?

I Thought I was the only one experiencing this. I was told it has to do with the Real world Mod.

Hotels are only available with the real world Mod from my understanding and not with the vanilla game.

Yes, you are right; my bad.
I noticed that with both this mod loaded and the subsidiary dlc activated my sub CEOs do very little, sometimes nothing. Have you noticed anything like that?
