I save my file based on number as well

Could you please provide me with your save game file? Are you using your mod's version 11.10?

I am interested in to become a active user in beta-testing.

Do you have specific functions that are needed to become tested? or a standard format for testing and reporting?

Hi David,

I want to report a bug.

When building one or more R&D centers, and hire a few researchers on a project,
And building a HQ with a "human resources unit" i try to train the researchers to maximum skill with the "intensive training program".

They researchers will reach the maximum skill level of 100, but with the "intensive training program" i doen't say "0 employees have gained skills", so it looks like some of the employees are still gaining skill (while they are already skill lvl100)

(cheating with cheatengine for testing, so i can training them with $100.000 multiple times)

CAP version: 4.5.24
Subsidiary DLC enabled
City Economic Simulation DLC disabled
Digital age DLC enabled
MOD: Realworld 11.21 (does not matter if enabled or disabled)
