Hello everyone. Here is some ideas. All of this you have to do it "yourself" until you hire a HR specialist:
* Hire employees or chief officer (this could mean different personalities like selling skill, hard worker, loyalty, stealing from the company, etc)
* Scheduling: Organize hours of work per day.
* Manage payrollDifferent salaries) For example a seller don't earn the same as a researcher
That's all what I think about now. What you guys think? What more can be add?
