Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

Hi i have downloaded the mod file realworld11.20, but after downloading it i am unable to open it n transfer it to capitalism lab folder as it shows 2 files.
kindly help me to open it as i tried to unzip it through winzip its showing error.

You try to add .rar in file and open with winrar
