I found a bug with the Research Building. In the below screenshot, you can see there are two different layout libraries for the R&D. One with a yellow header and one with a red header. When you select the red header and then pick a technology, capitalism program will crash. The program works if you select research unit with yellow background.

The library plans with the red/orange background need to be removed.
