I'm pretty new to this game. I purchased the 4.4.29 version and now update to 4.4.30.

I have a problem for subsidiaries: I play the original version, without mod or DLC (so I'm not playing the Subsidiaries DLC). I controlled a corporation with more than 50% stocks. But when I go to the financial action section, I can only see my own company.

I guess I should be able to control my subsidiary to set dividend or issue shares, etc. But nothing is available.

Is this a bug? Many thanks for any help!!

You will be able to so with the Subsidiary DLC.

Many thanks! So may I take that as the subsidiary system will be pretty much the same as the original Capitalism 2 if I don't purchase the subsidiary DLC?
