1) Patch v5.0.08 will allow you to use the following lines in translate.txt to translate the text.
GDP - Investment|

2) The crash bug has been fxied.
3) You may edit the following new lines in t_game.txt:
[2899]<ECOM>E-commerce Sale %:|
[2900]<GDIF>Current Game's Difficulty Level|

These text strings will be added to t_game.txt file in the next patch v5.0.11.
