Still learning this game, frustrated but loving it!
Basically I have been doing the same thing in the start, I start out in Real-estate. I buy the land of a few city block, place offices and apartments, let the land appreciate, then sell the land for a profit and keep the buildings I built there. I then move on to the next city and do the same thing. After doing this, I venture into retail and farming products. By this point, I usually have a yearly profit of 10-30 million. However, I notice that my stock price only goes up to around $12 dollars! Is this because I own over 50% of it? What am I missing here?
