CapLab version 1.971 patch is now available

(Saved games of the previous versions are not compatible with this new version.)

Here is the direct download link:

To apply the patch, simply unpack it to your Capitalism Lab program folder.

Your Capitalism Lab is located in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Capitalism Lab Beta, unless you changed the installation folder on the installer.


Bug Fixes and Changes
Various improvements on the AI.

The quality of industrial goods from seaport is adjusted lower. It was too high previously.

Fixed bug with the R&D center researching selection window.

Version 1.971 appears to be a stable build. So we have just released it via auto patch. When you play the game a couple times from now, it will auto patch the game from the CapLab launcher.

My tech. for washing mashing have drop from 85 to 63 for no apparent reason.

No chanage in quality of the intrants.

Hi dancognac

This is part of the new 'tech disruption' system. It is there to simulate that any technology will get older with time.
Your tech level for everything will drop by 10% every year.

ofcourse you can disable that option, when setting up a new custom game

I still get crashes sometimes. I think it happens when i use my right mouse button.
It happened a couple of times already but i can't figure out why it crashes sometimes other then i press the right button to cancel an action or close a window or something.
