Hello!

I have build a new city and wondered that people only moved into the city's appartaments, but did not build all these `tiny private houses like in other cities. With only appartaments the city looks not very natural. So what circumstances the small houses, or is there maybe no way of getting them in a new city?

The other thing I noticed is when I browsed through the products page that the city seems not to have local competition for any products. There are commercial buildings and they are not all empty. What is the reason for this?

So yeah at the start there's only skyscrapers and other buildable buildings

That seems backwards to real life. The small buildings and small businesses(local Competition) should start appearing as soon as a new city is created. After the city has "grown up" some then the bigger buildings would make more since.

In my games local competition appears after 30 years exactly.
