We will investigate the problem.
Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.
You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from:
C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab Post-Release Beta\SAVE
You may provide us with your save game file by posting it here on the forum as a ZIP file attachment or emailing the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

Please be informed that you cannot offer to purchase stocks from AI shareholders for stocks in the global stock market. You can only buy from public shareholders. Since the number of shares held by public shareholders is zero in your case, therefore the Buy button is disabled.
FYI, the player is given the option to buy shares from AI shareholders in the local market so that the player can acquire a company. Since it is not possible to acquire a global company, thus this option is not enabled in the global stock market.

I think it could be better if player who has 50% + 1 share can vote in Global company (for example, changes dividend policy, issues new shares, etc).

not sure the point of being able to issue more shares, as far as i can see they are only really there to simulate investment funds, if the game had to track all that stuff for all those companies, it would probably cause a fair bit of slowdown
