Start op error (size to large)

Hello folks,
Hope you all are having a nice weekend.
I've been fiddling around with a mod just adding some products to my own liking.
when I start the game this error occurs (see attached)

Hope some of you wizzards are able to assist!

PS. i use the newest post release.

hmm seems like the RES file ive made is 0 kb, what could that be ? :D
