The AIs could be better but there are some who build really amazing companies and formidable competitors.

I feel like if you have majority ownership of their companies or the human player is their boss that's when they absolutely suck.

While the dev team was checking the election issue you mentioned, they also improved the gameplay balance of the election system.

Please give the latest version 11.0.73 a try and see if it will work better for you.

I hope the developers bank this into the game look cool but setup too complex for me.

The dev team has improved the AI's handling of liquidity crunch situations in the latest version 12.0.18.

I've tested it with your save games and the AI companies in both save games were able to prevent bankruptcy.

Update: this issue is on the dev team's task list and it will be addressed in a future update.

it looks more like a telecom bug as it doesnt even account for the land price
and the tv was newly built too so no customer etc
