Where is the V12 Modkit, the influential persons database from the closed beta dont work with the current version.

I hope one it will fix the settings resetting every time an update is released, now there are even more things to click (no i dont want to do tutorials etc) as well as enabling all DLC's each time, turning off music, renabling mod, resetting default player name/company and all that
