It looks like it has the captions for all of the in game text. I would assume you can change it if you want the text to say something different.

thanks for that....I'll make thwe changes. Did the scenario voice intro work ? No, it did not work. I am not sure why as I definitely downloaded the file and the speech is in the right place. Also, on checking the scenario I noticed that while the objective unlocks all products, they are not locked...
