Would it be possible that before you comit to a loan, you can have a preview of the interest rate that you will pay. For example I want to borrow 10 million now, I would like to know what the interst rate would be in cash terms to me a month, So I can then easly see if I can afford the repayments. At the moment, I have to get a calculator out to work it out. It would be easier to see a preview, as in the real world a bank manager wouldn't lend you money before you were aware as to what the repayment is going to be at current interst rates.
