Yup mwyeoh, you're doing fine. The trade off of having Corp brand is that it's hard to maintain customer loyalty, but you spend much less money on advertising. Compare to unique brand, which you will spend probably $1 mil for each product per city per month but, you will achieve much higher customer loyalty in my experience.

Hi mwyeoh, actually, you are doing really fine and have executed some very good strategies in your saved game.

We are still testing the Corporate brand strategy's latest update and the aim is to make all the 3 brand strategies all have their pros and cons so that none of them will always be the best strategy to use.

I guess the way to evaluate your situation is whether going for a unique brand or a range brand in your case will give you more benefits than corporate strategy.

Also, we are going to make some gameplay balancing changes to the brand rating and other aspects of the game as well and will release a new patch today.

Hi David

I have found Brand Loyalty very hard to maintain.
I always have my products with very high qualities (80+ unless its a new product) and my Brand Awareness is always high too (70+)
I also maintain my overall rating above both the local and AI's ratings

However, the more lines I start producing, the lower my brand loyalty drops. In the current Challenge Game, it is now down to Zero or Negative! From only 7 lines (All within the same Mega class)
Since I am Corporate Brand, I am also spending the maximum on PR too
