I think that is normal, as it happens every game since Cap2

Just noticed in a new game (v1.935) that my player person dude :p, doesnt have any expertise other then the brand expertise. (see pic below)
Al the other AI personalities do have different expertises and lvls.
Is this possible or is this a bug ?
