I guess in your saved game, you used a lot of intensive training to boost up the level of your farms to achieve 100 quality rating in leather production.

It is a good strategy and it worked! It seems that current gameplay balance is just right. Otherwise, it would be too easy for you to boost your farm levels!

It would be good if the intensive training program could be targetted by firm type or by city (Or both).
Obviously, it would be an exploit if it can be done firm by firm, but I think that you should be able to do all retail firms, or all factories, or all convienience stores, or all firms in sydney or all warehouses in philadelphia, etc
