Ideally the easy way is if you have a subsidiary with a high share price, in this example i picked bank 2 as it had the highest share price. (if you have cash you can just create a dormant subsidiary as the game will raise the share price to match its cash).

We then set up a subsidiary under that company.
In this case called going to scam you. minimum investment, disable all options so your CO doesn't do anything.
Choose issue shares to parent, select the company with the high share price. Then select the issuing price and raise it to max.

Next click directly on the subsidiary you created, in this case scam you. You will note the game retains the same share price, but will now let you issue a massive amount of shares. Click issue

Your subsidiary now has lots of cash, far more than its parent would even make normally, and the parent is in huge debt.

Go IPO on subsidiary. Because it was incorporated with only 20m and game still paused it has a super cheap share price.

Buy 100% of the subsidiary with your parent for peanuts. Merge with parent. Your main company now has loads of money.

Now if you want to keep going, set up a new sub, give all that money to it and run the game. Again disable the company CO from doing anything.

The source company will go bankrupt at this point, the share price of the new company will rise to reflect all the money its holding.
When its high enough, just rinse and repeat...
