Looks like this is fixed now.

The crash bug has been fixed in version 10.0.10. Please download the patch from https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9474

in addition though not really an issue, if you expand a farm to large (talking like half the map) it also crashes with a similar inv error, i suspect because the capacity of whats currently in the farm becomes such a small percentage.

I wonder if its because deleting some of the farm expansion reduces the capacity of the farm, meaning it has more resources in it that the max capacity it can support ?

Yes, that is exactly it. You don't need two different crops though.

Step 1: Create massive farm with extensions.

Step 2: Fill up inventory with crops.
[attachment=1]TooMuch.png[/attachment]

Step 3: Remove extension.
Crash:
[attachment=2]RemoveExtension.png[/attachment]

Even the error message (inv.cpp) suggests a capacity issue. If you clean out the inventory of corn, no crash.

posted in wrong forum by mistake, cant move it as there is a reply, maybe david can move it, its with 10.07 and i can reproduce (i havent tried on 9.1.71 but its possible it happens there too)

steps to reproduce.

build farms like i did, i set one to grow rubber, one to grow cotton though i dont know if thats relevant.

once the crops have finished growing, try to reduce size and crash.

Edit. save attached, try reduce size and crash
