Hello

I am experiencing the same phenomenon. Whether the CEO is investing in a global company or a regular business, if they have strong investment expertise, they should be able to make purchases proactively. Moreover, despite holding a 100% stake in the subsidiary, they previously did not arbitrarily manage loan repayments. However, now they are continuously repaying the loans at their own discretion. As a result, I have no choice but to replace them with bonds for operations, but it seems that some adjustments are necessary.

Thank you.
