Hi David

I think that population growth is still too slow. The average population growth for earth is around 1.2%/yr
Also with increasing urbanization, some major cities are growing much faster than that

At the moment, growth is only at 0.2% or less (sometimes even negative)
Demand then would need to rise as the population increases too
