I created a custom game with one city and when I went to the different HQs the company name and its CEO displayed properly but my portrait appeared on the CEO tile of their HQs.

I created a HQ and hired officers for each office and the portraits all displayed correctly. Appears that on the AI's HQ the portrait (specifically the CEO one) is not displaying correctly.
