For goal rewards, the webpage specifies:
Staff attitude change=<CEO/COO/CMO>, <change value -100 to 100>
Change the executive staff member's attitude towards you.
Staff resign=<CEO/COO/CMO>
The choices should be COO/CTO/CMO, I reckon. I would rather not fire myself. I haven't tested these to know what's actually implemented in game.
I suggest that using
Tech Cost Modifier as a reward could be interesting, too.
