We have hunt down the bug and updated the patch file. This time it should work.

Please download the patch file from the same link again.

I recorded the video after re-downloading after this message was posted in the post-release beta thread.

There was a problem with the file previously. Now the problem has been fixed. Please download the patch again at http://www.capitalismlab.com/capserver/ ... 072300.zip

I recorded this bug in 2.3.07 -- the (lowercase) "r" key and 0-5 (both on the primary keyboard and the number pad) -- while naming a convenience store.
