Actually this feature is still under development and not yet ready for release.

We have just updated the patch to version 2.5.03B, which has this feature disabled. Link: http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... =10&t=1897

Hello, found some in-game window issues with R&D doing Radical.
On the second pic, if i click ok the words show up, Then i can choose. Not sure whats suppose to be on first one "pic"..
