I think that this is because the "tech level" of local investor are stagnat.

when you progress in tech level, the "local" don't. So it falls slowly to 0 while you keep progressing.

I just started getting into desktop computers and noticed that local producer quality is zero?
It started off ok at the beginning of the game, but seems to have decreased dramatically to the point where competition is quite easy now.

A similar problem exists for notebook computers, but the Brand is almost zero too.

The same is set to difficulty level 8
