I found this issue. If I start a custom game with all the DLCs and the patch 5.5.01. And then I click on the "Income Statement" tab, the game crashes:

Then extract the ZIP file to your post-release Beta version of Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab Post-release Beta game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.

Increased the number of talents from 15000 to 20000. For modders, you can also find the updated talent_names.txt in \mod_kit\data.
