I thought I had the perfect save to send you, but thought to test it out again. This time instead of only going to the main menu and loading the save, I chose to exit to windows. Load up the game again and loaded up that save, and now right clicking closes any info window that I open.

So I don't think that a save is going to do you any good since it seems that exiting the game to windows and then starting the game again temporarily fixes what ever it is that is causing this.

If you still think that the save would do you any good then let me know and i'll see if i can find someplace to host it. Also know that this happened at the very beginning of the game, I had only bought a logging farm and a silver mine, nothing else when this occured, where as the person above me who posted his save is a rather large corporation already going on, so it doesn't appear to be associated with either just starting a game or with a game that has been in progress for a while.
