When you do HR training it is applied equally to all firms that that are not yet at level 9. Unfortunately one firm may be very close to level 9, but will receive a full split of the funds unnecessarily.
Also one training at 150m is less effective than 3 50m trainings on the same day. This is partially because of the above problem since 50m at a time you waste less on firms close to 9, but I still think there is a problem here.
Let me know if you need my save that will show this.
Also to add to the click through bugs, if you click on a firm's $ to see the financial report it will click through to firms under the window. I think you can hit F6 to avoid having to click.
