As far as I know the CMO makes your advertising units more effective.

Can you explain what is role of Chief Marketing? and what is benefits hiring CMO?

For hiring COO, all our store , factory and others increase accoring to COO Expertise
For hiring CTO , all R&D increase as CTO expertise
no CFO though..
