FIXED! City Economic Simulation DLC doesnt work for me

When I run the game since I bought City Economic Simulation DLC this weird thing happens to me and City Economic Simulation DLC doesnt seem to activate properly.

Cant find anything more recent then the 4.3.08 I am currently running.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall without applying the 4.3.08 (meaning I stayed at the latest unpatched release 4.3.07) and still the same thing

The image display problem asides, were you able to see the City Economic Simulation DLC's new features in the game? For instance, did you see the new Nation Report in the game?

I couldnt while I was using the earlier installer I downloaded but after removing the old 4.3.07 installer and redownloading it it installed as 4.3.08 and worked like a charm.

Both the image error and the faulty loading is fixed.
