Poll: Buying assets from competitors/government

I think it should be possible to buy assets (factories, apartments, stores, TV stations, etc.) from competitors and the government (and not just when the company or the government has put it "for sale"), in the same way it is possible to buy land from other companies. I think that would make the game more realistic, since asset transfers are common in real life M&A. It could also be a way to get market share in a business area.
