For improving scenario gameplay balance improvement, the goals of the scenario “Metropolitan Transformation” in the City Economic Simulation DLC have been changed.

The population goal of Seoul has been reduced from 1 million to 700,000.
The population goal of Busan has been reduced from 800,000 to 600,000.
