Suggestion - Would you like a purchase report?

I'm preparing a new case study for my students.
What I want to do is establish a pizza chain. I've opened 37 pizza shops.
I can get the product report.

However, I believe there isn't a report available where I can see the purchases made at the shops.
It seems impossible to track purchases across 37 stores.
If a purchase report could be generated, similar to what happens in the real world, and exported to Excel, that would be fantastic.

The function of the purchase report: With this report, I can make more informed decisions about whether to produce a lot of raw materials or not.

I think this would be fantastic, it would be nice to know how much my inputs cost (and their quantity) in an easy to access interface.
