Import Quality=Very Low

City=Seattle
Locked=Yes

When checking the seaport quality they were still at 60+

When setting the Import Quality=Very Low via the setting screen then the import quality drop to 16 which seems right.

Have I place the option wrong in the script?

The bug has been fixed in the new patch v11.0.26 which you can download from: viewtopic.php?t=9970
