Not having the building areas get shaded makes it very hard to place property once the maps get busy.
The bug has been fixed. Please download the new patch v11.0.40 from viewtopic.php?t=9970

I'm not sure if this is a bug or game design.

But in regards to Product technology and research

I've noticed under the corporation Technology view you can see what your companies current technology is and it displays the amount of units working on a field for example Gold Rings.

I set up two R&D centers on purpose with both using 9 units to research gold rings and that company technology menu doesn't resemble that I have 18 units working on it.

If this is by design, maybe highlighting the gold ring units in RED showing I have aligned more then the amount I'm allowed to research so I can fix it.

Found an issue with same city same product sales price not being the same.

I tested 3 - same size blazer factories and all have the same supply product purchases but each factory has a different selling price and all are run by the AI COO

Actually this setting only affects to the player's actions and doesn't affect the AI, as you can see the help message in the screenshot below.

I see.

I would think that if I have a factory that is too busy, and I create a second one in the same city that the AI system would adjust the price to make both products the same to help blance sales. One might be of lower quality because it is using other resources but then I would think that price in the factory would lower the price. So any retail unit could buy from either otherwise you get one factory over loaded and the other empty.

Hello, an error occurred while playing the game.

I'm using version 11.0.40 with all DLCs enabled except for the City DLC. I have sent the save file via email.

Why is my starting cash always at 1,000,000 only? even if i selected startup capital as VERY HIGH. This is with all DLC enabled and no MOD.

Do you mean your personal cash or your company Cash? The high startup capital only affects your company capital.

You can change your personal money via script.

Sorry, I mean Company Cash. I also did use the script to change the company cash but it still comes out at just 1,000,000
